Summary added physics to Sentinel main skills

Description made it so that Sentinel overall power level calculations depend 60% on machine operation / armour operation (as appropriate to task) skill and 40% on physics skill; added spec 8 physics access to Sentinels; added physics to skills trained by Leonid
Reason IC: it helps you operate your armour if you understand the principles at work; OOC: having everything based around a rating in a single skill that can just be twinked up to hell and gone is too abusive
Result Sentinels are based around physics as well, with the idea being that your physics skill tells you what the best things to do in operating your steam-powered armour are, and machine operation / armour operation tell you how to accomplish them
