Summary extended fleeing mechanism

Description Created a mechanism that allows extended fleeing where you attempt to reach a reasonably safe distance instead of going one room and stopping. See 'help start fleeing', 'help switch extended fleeing'.
Reason Fleeing only ever meaning one room is kinda sad.
Result Can flee in a generally 'far away from trouble' sort of way.
