Description	Updated the filters the compile Celebrimbor's weapon list to remove the restriction on weapon skills and to remove items more likely to be perceived as throwing weapons.
Reason	Aliavelyrae have broad access to weapon skills and shouldn't be railroaded into sword, spear, or dagger.
Result	Some people will probably still complain and get zapped for it.
