Summary fixed large bug in healing experience reward

Description Healing experience rewards were calculated using the numerical amount of hit points healed, which was a tremendous bug that strongly rewarded healing very large creatures with percentile-based healing effects, as well as completely bypassing the experience reward system. Healing experience reward now uses nearly identical calculations to limb restoration experience, with a sizable boost for combat or critical healing.
Reason this was quite broken and had been for several years, but we didn't notice because of xp reward inflation
Result no longer broken, aedabots will be sad
