| Description | Renamed the 'wimpy' setting to 'confidence' and inverted the meaning of its values, so that 100% confidence means you'll stay in combat regardless of injury, 80% confidence means you'll run if you lose more than 80% of the HP on a vital limb, and so on. Also revised the mechanism so that it works like effort, where you're setting your *preferred* value, and the actual value used will automatically adjust to be as close to that as you can manage. |
| Reason | Having one of the key combat settings on your character be 'wimpy' is one of the highly stupid artifacts of early MUD convention that I have no attachment to whatsoever. |
