Summary made flux weapons nonablative while activated

Description Made it so that flux weapons are not damaged by usage while they're in activated form.
Reason When they're activated you're using an energy surface that isn't readily damaged.
Result Quartz-physical-substrate flux weapons and such don't instantly fall apart if you try to actually use them.
