Summary made linkdeath prevent damage

Description Made it so that while you're linkdead (that is, 'officially considered' linkdead, so conditions where dropping link leaves your character in the game, like the timeout after a PK or during bezhuldaar domination, this does not apply to) it should be mostly impossible for you to take damage.
Reason People losing link and being killed by ongoing damage inflicting processes.
Result Linkdead people (and their followers) won't be damageable by normal methods.
