Description made it so that if modifiers with different add/remove/merge/fail messages or damage types are merged (due to flags telling the merge-qualification check to ignore differences in them), the merge process applies the version of those messages from the modifier with the higher-absolute-value amount (or from whichever has one, if only one does)
Reason so that modifiers with similar but not-quite-identical behavior can be merged and reasonable messages will come out without too much work; also, i'm making this change public to give players an idea of what non-public changelog entries typically contain -- which is stuff like this, but more obscure, this one is possible to understand somewhat from a player perspective
Result merged modifiers with different messages acquire the messages of the most significant modifier
Version lib revision incremented to Ain Soph 2.2.149
