Description | Made changes to the way NPCs' specialties get assigned. It combines effects of making NPCs that may not have assigned specialties at all before assign them, and making NPCs who may have gotten specialties far beyond their actual available points before have more realistic assignments, so it will make some NPCs stronger and some weaker. In general, the idea is to move NPCs more toward operating under the same rules as players. |
Reason | Coherence of model between players and NPCs. |
Result | NPCs get different, sometimes radically different, skill levels. This will be in effect spottily until the next reboot. |
