Description | revised the way the Reaper scythe on-hit special effects work, partly bringing the code up to date, partly making it so that effects key partially on combat mode factors so that Reapers are rewarded for using combat modes that do big strikes rather than being rewarded mostly for modes that do lots of little strikes |
