| Description | the rep degradation described in 4136 has been slowed down by a factor of 10 (i.e. they stay good for 10x more reps). |
| Reason | teleport cheese is no longer the bane of my existence due to CN |
| Result | still have to maintain your scrolls as aligned, but not nearly as frequently. this will probably only work on new scrolls. |
