Summary added a faculty for passive energy regen for bonds

Description added (very painfully) a faculty for passive energy regen for empathic bonds which can allow a small amount of energy to be generated for the bond's special energies (if any) at a set rate by bond type and familiar type. It is currently only applied to those bonds which are highly problematic with energy retention and difficulty regenerating energy without environmental factors (swan, owl, etc). It is intended to supplement, not replace, other methods of energy conversion and should not be construed as anything but a small quality-of-life improvement. Further adjustments are likely (probably downwards).
Reason playing some bonds was not fun
Result playing those bonds will be 3% less unfun
