| Description | additions to change 5478. incidentally, i meant to make the last change about autodidaction, but instead made it about assim.... oops. now autodidaction, assim, and sentience will check your permanent race. |
| Reason | changing your body and not your mind |
| Result | if you shapechange to a wolf you can still do things that require higher sentience. however, if you need opposable thumbs or a working vocal apparatus, you're still out of luck. |
