| Description | reworked feybond chance behavior to no longer reward constantly deleting/recreating characters and instead use a more robust system to determine feybond chance. A side-effect of this change is that Fianna have an increased chance to get a feybond, provided they meet all the other requirements. |
| Reason | only six people ever got a feybond in the history of the mud and that was kind of ridiculous |
