Description Made it so that if you are attempting to move in a direction that is difficult and will result in your falling if you fail (e.g. climbing into jungle canopy in Tenochlan), you will only do so with an override if you think there is a chance of you failing. (Exception: no override is required if your sentience lacks the capability of prospection.) Your ability to accurately evaluate your capabilities is improved by the relevant movement skill (e.g. climbing, flight, jumping), perception, somatesthesia, intelligence, and practice, and reduced by courage.
Reason Seemed sensible.
Result Won't attempt risky movement (in places where risky movement is handled by standard mechanisms -- this will *not* affect the ledge near Yathryn, for example) without an override.
