| Description | Modified the phlogiston glands restoration performed by firebreather drinks so that it's proportional to the bulk of the drinker (with some randomness). |
| Reason | Felt like it. |
| Result | Since phlogiston capacity is proportional to bulk, this means everyone gets roughly the same relative phlogiston restoration out of a firebreather. |
