| Description | a spell to manifest a wand, as well as a spell to recharge it. the wand will drain 1 charge every 60 seconds as cost for manifestation, should the wand run out of charges it will vanish. one can also use the arguments of "ordered/magickal/entropic princples" at time of casting to slightly adjust the damage types the wand discharges, but this can not be changed until a new casting. like all ovg spells, they are subject to future adjustments and changes. |
