| Description | instead of amping your hand at the drop of a feather, tyr now only does that for really extreme cases. in less extreme cases he just causes you a ton of pain. |
| Reason | the hand amping was way too fast. maybe it was justified in the days of easy limb restoration, but these days it's pretty absurb to amp hands for going down 80 align. |
