Description re-executed the Cleric healing spells as minor-lesser-major-greater-great tiered effects using the instant healing effect defined by the central effects system
Reason centralization, standardization, de-D&Dification
Result Cleric heals behave differently, especially in that they now have a restriction on how often an instant heal can be applied to someone (so you can't just spam the lowest-level heal on somehow, if they need a lot of healing you need to use a large effect) and use centrally defined mechanics, and have more gradations available
