Description Updated the spell wind speed so the buff given with 100% perfection should top out around 930ish speed. Previously this spell would top out at ~3000 speed, at which speed the metabolic exhaustion rate caused by all the extra attacks becomes unsustainable for even our top-performing lux beasts, not to mention that handling so many actions in one combat round generates measurable lag. ONE WOULD THINK that before pushing a change to a fundamental formula with so many knock-on effects like the speed calculation we would have checked up on known outliers like wind speed to see what outputs are produced and compared with some sort of envisioned target state to see whether either the calculation or the outlier should be changed -- but this is Lost Souls so you would be a goddamned *fool* for thinking this. To be clear, 930+ speed is probably STILL WAY TOO MUCH but since there has been ABSOLUTELY NO plan shared for a desired target states on everyone's speed, this will have to do until someone decides to be the next one to throw in their hat at messing up this calculation.
Reason Having plans and testing stuff are apparently not the Lost Souls way -- let's just push this shit and laugh at the fallout.
