Summary refined armour wear/remove activity costs

Description The activity cost to wear or remove armour was extremely rough, essentially just scaling with the number of items you were equipping or unequipping. Reworked this to a mechanism that assigns equip and unequip costs based on the limbs a piece of armour can cover and the particular exigencies of armouring the various limb types.
Result Armour mostly costs more to equip or unequip (though it doesn't run on a process yet, so the significance of high activity costs on these actions is limited for the moment), though in some cases, most noticeably single-limb accessories, it is lower.
