Summary Relaxed constraint on Traveler challenges for killing good/ordered beings

Description Whether something is considered "good" or "ordered" did not jive with our alignment system and presented a very narrow range to be considered "neutral" with respect to Traveler challenges. I widened the neutral band and narrowed the good band.
Reason Hopefully this presents a better playing experience when you get one of these taboos.
Result Less unexpected challenge failures because some typically evil monster killed a very evil person and is now considered "good".
