Description Updated the "touch" command (which includes other contact forms such as squeeze, suck, lick, rub, nibble, etc) to disable the behavior where touching a hot / flaming object to something flammable would cause the something to catch on fire. This was causing an issue where creatures who might have certain parts of them on fire (like phaethons with their wings) would still cause things like pibrits to light on fire when touching them with their hands because there was no testing of what limb was being used or whether it was actually flaming, just a blanket check on the "aflame" property. I would expect this capability will eventually be reintroduced once someone has the time to more completely model this interaction.
Reason Even taking the magma blood out of eolons couldn't make them not light pibrits on fire automatically when using them.
Result Fewer burning pibrits hopefully.
Version lib revision incremented to Ain Soph 2.17.12
