Description altered the formula slightly to be a little more lax with response speed, along with doubling the amount of energy converted per symbolic steam completed.
Reason while this feature has had its share of negative feed back over the years, I think removing it entirely in favor of direct conversions or passive regeneration isn't any better of a solution. but, maybe dialing back the knob on how much its use is required will make playing bonds a bit more enjoyable again for the human behind the terminal.
Result players have a bit more time to make their selection, the increased energy amounts should mean that on average players interact with said charm 50% less than they had to previously.
