| Description | Made the last two steps slightly easier. Even with 40+ specs in the skills it uses, I was only hitting 80% proficiency. Added a maintenance to the enchantment so that if the creator of the enchantment is also the wielder, it will automatically update all of the modifiers. At 100% perfection, the enchantment kicks everything up a notch. |
| Reason | This power sucked for the investment involved. Now Justicars can actually create temporary artifact-level weapons to boop fools. |
