| Description | altered the calculate_speed function to be a more advanced linear formula that permits higher scaling with a soft cap logic component which is composed of an asymptotic squeeze, a power squeeze, and then a bleed aspect for break through to higher speed values during situational events (buffs like ozm windspeed, etc). this means everyone slightly got a larger bump is normal speed values and there should be more of a range in progression of your activity related stats to your speed rating. bulk remains to be a key negative factor in speed reduction. a simple way of boiling it down is for every 100 effective quickness skill, thats about +5 speed untill the soft cap when only 20% starts applying. |
