Description some OIA attack spells were using Special_Attack_Scaled_Power very incorrectly, resulting in the spells always having very weak power - resolved this. Additionally, some auras which were only intended to grant skill or trait bonuses had incorrectly-set armour settings which made them prevent damage as if they were layered suits of full platemail armour, and heat wave aura was granting a truly bizarre set of resistances which were canceling each other out. Fixed all of these.
Reason very wrong things, like whoa
Result oia can blow stuff up better now and their armour can be tuned appropriately without having to account for 100+ points of secret invisble armour they might or might not have
