Summary made various causts affected by terrains

Description Made a number of causts (damage-over-time effects) across the MUD sensitive to terrains, as with for example effects that set you on fire ending if you're underwater or in airless space. (Some require full submersion, others don't, and some have more idiosyncratic conditions.)
Reason I like things that behave like they should.
Result Causts behave more like they should.
