Summary tuned weapon size effects, esp. increasing large weapons' damage

Description Changed the way the various weapon sizes (small, ordinary, large, great, etc) are configured, especially in greatly increasing the damage performance associated with larger weapons (though also returning some of their negative performance factors to slightly higher levels).
Reason Since damage rating is no longer operating as a multiplicative factor on this, the values being used were much too fainthearted.
Result Larger weapons are configured to do more raw base damage again.
